My story

My fitness and wellness journey began with a deep curiosity about how the body works—and how powerfully the mind and breath shape our everyday experience. As a psychology graduate, I was always fascinated by the connection between thoughts, emotions, and physical well-being. That curiosity grew into years of learning, practicing, and teaching, where I realized how movement and breath can truly transform a person’s life. Over time, this path led me to create a holistic approach where strength training, breathwork, yoga, and mindful nutrition come together to help women feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to themselves. My mission is simple: to guide women into their strongest, healthiest selves from the inside out.

THE BEGINNING

My journey started with a natural curiosity about fitness, movement, and wellness. I became deeply interested in how the human body functions, adapts, and heals—and how alignment, posture, and the mind–body relationship influence the way we feel every day. This early exploration laid the foundation for the holistic approach I use today.

BUILDING MY EXPERTISE

Since becoming certified in 2008, I’ve spent years learning, practicing, and growing in the world of women’s fitness and wellness. During this time, I worked with people of different ages, and fitness levels.

These experiences taught me how to:

  • Help women move better despite limited mobility, stiffness, or weaknesses
  • Improve posture and movement quality
  • Bring together solid exercise techniques with mindful, calming practices

Build a sustainable, holistic method of coaching

EXPANDING MY APPROACH

As my work evolved, I began integrating psychology, corrective exercise principles, and traditional wellness practices. My background in psychology deepened my understanding of behavior, motivation, and the mind–body connection. I incorporated yoga, breathwork, and meditation to support clients physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This phase strengthened my focus on strength, mobility, balance, stress reduction, and slow, mindful movement—helping women regain strength, confidence, and deeper self-awareness.
